I have just got back from the Dunedin Chocolate Carnival where I created a series of 31 chocolate mosaics and portraits of New Zealand Olympic Athletes. It was amazing fun and I loved every minute of it!!! I used a whole range of Cadbury products to make the mosaics. It was really interesting to see the range of different products sold in NZ compared to what is sold in England. Why don't we have chocolate Jaffas here in England? They are soooo good! If you don't know what Jaffas are, they are orange flavoured chocolate spheres. Each year Dunedin Cadbury Chocolate Carnival roll 25000 of them down the steepest street in the world to raise money for charity, it is so fun! Like an edible lottery.
